Guangdong VCOM Education Technology Co., Ltd. (VCOM) is the Strategy Development Partner of the Global Training Center (GTC). Together, the two organizations have established a deep and long-term collaboration in the field of international vocational education, jointly advancing the standardization, digitalization, and internationalization of global TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training).

VCOM and GTC have jointly launched multiple international vocational education initiatives, providing advanced pedagogical and technical training programs for vocational educators around the world.

Both sides co-organize high-level international training workshops and conduct global industry research to promote innovative approaches and modern concepts in vocational education.

3. Faculty Development and Career Advancement
The partnership offers educators international exposure, hands-on experience, and professional development platforms — strengthening global teaching and practical training capabilities.

4. International Teaching Standards and Curriculum Co-development Alliance

GTC and VCOM jointly invite partner institutions and educators to participate in this alliance, which focuses on:

• Cultivating globally recognized instructors

• Training and delivering high-skilled professionals

Impact and Achievements

Through this collaboration, VCOM and GTC have successfully implemented multiple international training projects covering Optoelectronic Technology, Information Network Cabling (now named as ICT Network Infrastructure), Electronics, Health and Social Care, Intelligent Security Technology, etc.
This partnership has significantly enhanced the quality of global vocational education and provided technical expertise and talent support for major international competitions such as the WorldSkills Competitions.
