Vcom offered teachers'training with WorldSkills International standard

The 2019 integrated training for 50 mainstay teaches from Henan Province was successfully completed through a 28-day (e.g. 240 training-hour) period of practical training by Vcom. The participants fully understood and mastered the skills of Information Network Cabling , which will be delivered into their future teaching. The training program was with the WorldSkills International standard and covered multiple teaching skills to provide solutions of talent cultivation.
The dynamic training was taken in the form of “school+ enterprise+factory” by theory learning and practical skills training. The skills the training delivered were all communication network skills such as WAN, LAN and CATV needed by current enterprises. The aim is to make the participating teachers become professional teachers with exquisite professional skills, and become the backbone of the vocational school teaching and the leader of the construction of professional education.
Vcom has spared no efforts to practice training on the way of its development. The training program was in line with the standard of the WorldSkills Competition and Vcom education system. The training also implanted the course of optical fiber fusion technology and equipment, which was provided by Fujikura who is the sponsor of optical fiber fusion equipment for WorldSkills "Information Network Cabling" competition.
The training was mainly divided into the following 4 phases: 1. Optical fiber structured cabling; 2. Copper cable structured cabling system; 3. Smart home wireless system engineering technology; 4. Network performance testing.
