From November 25 to 28, 2025, Mr. Josue Emmanuel Reynoso Villanueva, the Skill Competition Manager of the Intelligent Security Technology at WorldSkills Competition, visited Guangdong VCOM Education Technology Co., Ltd. (VCOM) for in-depth exchanges on technological development, talent cultivation, and skill competition in the field of intelligent security technology.

During the visit, Mr. Emmanuel held multiple rounds of technical and pedagogical discussions with VCOM’s R&D Director and the engineering team. The exchanges focused on the configuration of functional modules for the Intelligent Security Technology competition, training system design, technical standards, and implementation pathways. In addition, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the structure, assessment logic, and key technical points of the Test Project. Through face-to-face professional communication and hands-on practice, both parties further enhanced their understanding of the competition framework and industry development trends in intelligent security technology.

As one of the newly introduced skills of WorldSkills, Intelligent Security Technology integrates multiple disciplines including information technology, system integration, intelligent monitoring, and security management, placing higher demands on practical application capabilities and engineering competence. In recent years, VCOM has continuously invested in teaching R&D and training platform development in this field, and is committed to promoting the standardization and internationalization of intelligent security technology within the vocational education system.

Following his visit to Guangzhou, Mr. Emmanuel will also attend the Optoelectronic Technology and Intelligent Security Technology Training and Challenge Event to be held in Shanghai in December 2025, where he will further participate in technical exchanges, training programs, and the support of friendly competition.

This exchange visit not only further strengthened professional dialogue between VCOM Education and WorldSkills in the field of intelligent security technology, but also achieved deep alignment in terms of technical standard interpretation, competition framework understanding, and teaching practice pathways. Through systematic exchanges on training modules, test projects, and engineering applications, both sides reached clearer consensus, providing clear direction and solid support for high-quality research on Intelligent Security Technology competition projects and for the cultivation of skilled talents aligned with international standards, while promoting the development of intelligent security technology toward greater professionalism, standardization, and internationalization within vocational education.
